The advice from our Tourism Office:

The “NOA Guides” spirit is to make you discover the Jura with a different method thanks to original wild nature activities, accessible to everyone and respectful of the environment. These fun activities will allow you to explore the Jura in a different way. Beginners or experts, you will find what you want in the variety of places for these activities. There is one place for each!

  • CAVING : Go for half a day or a day to discover natural cave and find hidden treasures of our region in an original and fun way. At first, discovering caves can seem a little “austere” but it is actually a friendly and unforgettable adventure that can be experienced whatever the weather is. Caving can be practiced as soon as 8 years old when accompanied by an adult. The caving site is the cave “La Pontoise”, in the village of “La Rixouse”, with a bus trip possible when needed. Unusual experience: “Fondue-Caving”! Each person brings a piece of cheese (200g of Comté) to taste and share the 1001 flavors fondue deep in the cave…

  • CANOE : navigate with a canoe or a kayak on the Haut Jura and Doubs rivers and lakes. Trips are available for a day, half a day or in evenings.
