In 1906, the Royal Geographical Society of England asked Percy Fawcett, a young British colonel, to map the borders between Brazil and Bolivia. While there, Fawcett developed a passion for exploration and discovered traces of what he believed to be a very ancient lost city. Back in England, Fawcett was determined to prove the existence of this mysterious civilisation.
