Six thousand kilometres between Besançon and Kinshasa... José Shungu, MC and singer with the group Green Shop, was born in Kinshasa. For him, this trip is a real return to his homeland after many years. Alongside him, Aurélien, Zo and Claudio, his 'brothers in sound', each bring their own personal touch and sensibility to the project. Their goal: a week-long cultural residency in the Congolese capital. But none of the four musicians was expecting such an intense plunge into the madness of Kinshasa, surrounded by artists, dancers, musicians, slammers and other creators, each more talented than the last. It's a raw, gruelling, saturated bath of rejuvenation that will fill them with wonder, shake them up and transform them.
