Laëtitia Thérond is the scientific and cultural manager of the Espace des Mondes Polaires Paul-Émile Victor. She has led five missions to the Kerguelen Islands, including the archaeological map of the archipelago.
With Jean-Yves Besselièvre and Lénaïg L'Aot-Lombart, Laëtitia Thérond is the author of the book "Voyage en terres australes - Crozet & Kerguelen, de leur découverte à nos jours", published in 2022 (co-publication Locus Solus/Musée national de la marine).
